Refund Policy

1. Overview

GateStack is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our platform. If GateStack does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the conditions described below. This policy applies to all GateStack subscription plans (Solo, Founder, Studio, and Enterprise).

2. Annual Subscriptions — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Full refund within 30 days of purchase

If you purchase an annual subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

3. Monthly Subscriptions — Pro-Rated Refunds

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation within the first 14 days of a billing cycle, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days in that billing period. Cancellations after 14 days will take effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund.

4. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers operate under custom agreements that specify refund and termination terms. Refer to your signed Enterprise Agreement or contact your account manager for details.

5. Builder Minutes Add-Ons

Purchased builder minute add-ons are non-refundable once any minutes from the package have been consumed. Unused, unconsumed add-on packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Go to Account > Billing in your GateStack dashboard.
  2. Click "Request Refund" on the relevant subscription or add-on.
  3. Confirm your request. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Alternatively, email billing@getgatestack.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, Creator Agreement, or Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or repeated DMCA violations are not eligible for refunds.
